summer slim down exercise demo videos


The first workout for Summer Slimdown is a strength workout using grocery bags, gallon jugs, dumbbells, and/or resistance bands. 

WEEK 3 Cardio & Core

Cardio and Core is the workout for week 3 but the challenge is 'Every Minute, On the Minute'. Each exercise will be done for 1 minute then either take a 15-30 second break or move onto the next exercise. Another modification is each exercise is done for 30 seconds and move on instead of 1 minute.

WEEK 5 Body Weight Workout

Body weight exercises is what week 5 for Summer Slimdown will be. No equipment is necessary.

WEEK 7 Cardio HIIT

Cardio HIIT is week 7 for Summer Slimdown workouts and this one is a challenge! The exercises will pyramid up and down (i.e. start at 15 seconds move to 30 seconds move to 45 and lastly 1 minute).  The modification could be a smaller pyramid of 10 seconds, 20 seconds, 30 seconds, and back down then up.
