Group fitness classes are a great way to add variety to your workouts. These classes are designed for all fitness levels, and can be adjusted by the amount of weight used and modified exercises. We advise that you only do what you feel comfortable with--you do not need to perform every rep we tell you to do--take a break at any point and rejoin when you feel ready!
