Sara has been interested in health and fitness for many years and ultimately wanted a career that involved helping others achieve their goals. During her time in the health and fitness field, she has helped people start and stick to exercise programs, created and implemented fitness center programs and lead group fitness classes. Outside of work, she keep busy by spending time with her husband, son and friends, and traveling to South Dakota to visit family.

Brooks started off as a college strength and conditioning coach. First as an intern with University of Wisconsin- River Falls for 2 years, then transferred to Macalester College for 1 year as an assistant coach. At both colleges he had the pleasure of working with 2 great well known strength coaches in the Midwest. As a strength coach, he was in charge of coaching athletes in all men’s and women’s sports. Helping athletes get stronger, faster, more mobile, and also helping with mental/physical stresses. From there he became a personal trainer for 2+ years.
