Fitness and Wellness Program Manager
I became passionate about health and wellness when I went through my own weight loss journey in college and realized how challenging it can be to navigate the different forms of exercise and what would be the most beneficial diet. I switched my major from nursing to kinesiology and dove in; finding that it’s not a one size fits all answer! I’m passionate about guiding others on their health and wellness journey, teaching them how to determine what works best for them and their lifestyle.
My passions in fitness include pre and postnatal fitness, corrective exercise, and helping people curate a healthy lifestyle that works for them!
I’m a wife, mom to three kiddos, and a dog mom to a crazy German Shorthaired Pointer. In my free time (ha! What’s that!?) I enjoy a good cup of coffee with a good book and spending time with my family. You can usually find us outdoors, hunting or fishing, going for walks, or finding a new park for the kiddos to get some energy out at!

I am passionate about health and wellness and began my own personal fitness journey in high school. I played basketball and football until I got to high school and that’s where I discovered ultimate frisbee as well as lifting weights. I play ultimate frisbee competitively and lift weights on a regular basis.
I have engaged in and enjoyed fitness most of my life but never really saw myself pursuing it as a career. I began college as a Graphic Design major and after a year switched to Physical Activity and Health Promotion as I lost interest in art and became more passionate for fitness.
I enjoy traveling, hiking, fishing, watching sports, playing ultimate frisbee, and trying new food around the Twin Cities in my free time.
