As a graduate of the College of Saint Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota, I'm deeply rooted in the values of discipline and teamwork, especially thanks to my time on the women’s basketball team. My passion for fitness extends beyond personal endeavors, as I am committed to guiding individuals on their journey to achieve their full potential, both physically and mentally. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, as well as staying active by lifting weights, playing basketball, or taking my dog, Dolly, on walks.
