A 12 week progressive workout program designed to give members a workout plan to do at home or the gym. Anyone can join this program from beginners to experienced exercisers. 4 workouts will be released every 4 weeks for 12 weeks designed to progress each time. We will focus on a strength segment, cardio segment, and a recovery segment.
