Jack Mondays | 12:15-1:00pm Bodyweight Burn is exactly as it sounds- a class that uses only your bodyweight. Come to class expecting low impact cardio and strength exercises with high impact options. This class is great for all fitness levels! Click to register.
Elizabeth Mondays | 5:15-6:15pm This is a calming, stress-relieving yoga class while gently stretching and strengthening the body. Recommended for all levels looking for a soothing, relaxing, and restorative experience; especially those newer to yoga or working with special concerns or injuries. Click to register.
Jackie Tuesdays | 7:00-7:20am This quick class focuses on working the glutes, legs, and lower back. In only 20 minutes, you’re sure to be feeling the burn! Click to register.
Margaret Tuesdays | 12:15-12:45pm This class is great for all levels - you will complete one exercise for 20 seconds at a time, followed by 10 seconds of rest. This style will blast calories and show results in a short amount of time! Remember, you can do anything for 20 seconds! Click to register.
Paula Tuesdays | 4:15-4:30pm Grab your mat, that is all you need. Perfect for anyone that has been sitting at a desk all day. We will work out all the kinks with stretching and mobility drills you can use throughout your day. Then send you on your way to a workout, kids or yard work. Click to register

Kari Thursdays | 4:15-4:45pm Build cardiovascular fitness along with muscular strength in this 30-minute, high energy, sweat inducing workout. Dumbbells or a Kettlebell are suggested but not required. Click to register.
Sara Fridays | 12:15-12:45pm This class is designed to help you build strength and endurance with strength and cardio exercises.
