Elizabeth Mondays | 5:00-6:00pm This is a calming, stress-relieving yoga class while gently stretching and strengthening the body. Recommended for all levels looking for a soothing, relaxing, and restorative experience; especially those newer to yoga or working with special concerns or injuries. Click to register.
