WHAT WE DO During our consult, we will take time to learn about you, determine your goal, and set a plan to meet your goal. Still not sure? Set up a consult first to see if we’re the right fit. ABOUT BROOKS Brooks started off as a college strength and conditioning coach. First as an intern with University of Wisconsin- River Falls, then transferred to Macalester College as an assistant coach. As a strength coach he was in charge of coaching athletes in all men’s and women’s sports. Brooks enjoys helping athletes get stronger, faster, more mobile, and helping with mental/physical stresses. His strengths focus on strength imbalances, losing/gaining weight, and becoming more flexible & mobile.
Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour advance notice is required if cancelling a personal training appointment. AdvantageHealth reserves the right to retain 100% of the session fee if sufficient notice is not given.
